- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
- Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Working collaboratively with the Nursing Units to achieve agrees target contributing to the achievement of overall strategic objectives of the Organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vital Monitoring I.e. Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pules, Respiration & Pain Management
- Administration of Medicine. I.e. High Alert Medication, LASA, High Concentration, Narcotic & Psychotropic
- Sample collection for diagnostic. I.e. Blood, Urine, Sputum, Stool etc.
- Blood administration & monitoring I.e. Whole blood, RBC, FFP, PRC etc.
- Responsible to do all type of patient care. I.e. Drain Care, ICD Care, Colostomy Care, Tracheostomy Care,
- Suctioning, CVP Care etc.
- Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed
- supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies
- as needed to accomplish job results.
- The assigned inventory has to be checked and documented properly.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication
- administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
- Follow the standard precautions as per infection control manual.
- Maintain documents of patient care in patient personnel & department records.
- Awareness on Quality Improvement Indicator I.e. Incident Reporting, Medication Error Reporting, Bedsore
- Monitoring, Hospital HAI Rates etc.
- follow the infection control practices I.e. Hand Hygiene, Bundle of Care, BMW Management, Use of PPEs, NSI,
- Spillage Management etc.
- Follow the International Patient Safety Goal (IPSG)
- Maintaining & Checking of Departmental special equipment’s I.e. O2 Cylinder, Defibrillator, and Suction
- Machine etc.
- Handling various types of Bio Medical Equipment I.e. Syringe Pump, Volumetric Pump, Defibrillator, Suction
- Machine, ECG Machine, Cardiac Monitor, Pulse Oxymeter, Sphygmomanometer etc.
- o Follow the department protocols/process I.e. Room Orientation on Admission, Initial assessment and
- Complete assessment, Numerical and detailed pain rating scale, RBS Checking and Recording, IV Line insertion
- and Managements, Fluid and Drug Calculation, Infusions & Care of Peripheral, GCS Checking, Intake output
- Calculation and Monitoring, Transfer of Stable and Unstable Patient, Monitoring adverse drug Reaction,
- Patient Care Management etc.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
