- **We are hiring "Food & Beverage Superivsor" for our Bangalore location**:_

Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location: Mathikere, Bangalore

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee Food and Beverage Outlet operations, communicating tasks to the team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and manage guest queries efficiently.
- Advocate for the needs of the team and support Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets.
- Assist in the training and development of team members, conducting appraisals as required.
- Uphold hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Promote environmental awareness and assist other departments as needed, fostering positive working relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably in Catering Industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Proven track record of managing catering operations
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
