**Responsibilities**:
- Product Costing and Pricing
- Preparing Costing Master and its periodical Review
- Preparation of Daily and Monthly MIS
- Preparation of price list of Various products
- Monthly reconciliation and updating of standard costs to actual costs
Role Title
Post Export Licences,. (Grade-J)

2.Follow up with business for closure of license and documentation copletion.

3.Advice business for changes in FTP related to the role.

4. In addition araangement of projection and maintenance of Average Export Performance for RIL and associate companies.

5. Monitoring of Export obligation on quaterly basis.

6 Review and decide priority setting of EPCG licenses..

7.Ensure that 100% of eligible benefit are realised within specified time line.

Ensure optimum utilisation of licences centrally, get them registered at various ports and route for utilisation. All inputs with respect to Customs department queries on registration.
4.3
To be responsible for the record management of all chapter 4 related documents/files of past,present and future across all the strorage locations of RIL.
4.4
All redemption MIS maintenance with Customs department in coordination with DGFT/Customs/businesses.
4.5
Involved in the centralised representation and monitoring of all Chapter 5 related FTP advocacy with DGFT Delhi.
Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role)
Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)
Minimum 5 to 6 years experience as office assistant. Prefreble knowledge on Customs/DGFT related documents like Bill of Entry, Shipping bill, ARE1, BRCs and any of the licences issued by DGFT. Scheme specific knowledge like AA and/or EPCG and/or Chapter 3 and/or EoU would be a definite advantage.

**Education Requirement**:

- ICWA Final Group passed out from Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India

**Experience Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Costing form reputed Organization
