**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Documentation and Management:

- Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, schedules and reports.
- Ensure documentation is organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

2. Project Execution:

- Executing project tasks according to the established plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and execution.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality assurance process to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

4. Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates through reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Address stakeholder concerns and escalate issues as needed.

5. Project Planning and Initiation:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budget and resource allocation.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment among team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in Skill development industry with a minimum of 2yrs - 3yrs in a Project Executive role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Pay structure - **Upto 40,000/- (depends on their work experience and interview)

**How to Apply**:

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
