Residential Tutor

**Job Overview**:
As a Residential Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students residing in our hostel. Your primary role will be to assist students with their studies, offer tutoring sessions, and create a conducive learning environment within the hostel premises. You will play a vital role in fostering a supportive community that prioritizes academic excellence and personal growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tutoring and Academic Support**:

- Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Provide guidance on study skills, time management, and effective learning strategies.
- Offer academic counseling and mentorship to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- **Create Learning Opportunities**:

- Organize study groups and academic workshops to facilitate peer learning and collaboration.
- Plan and implement educational activities and initiatives to enhance students' academic experience.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align tutoring sessions with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable seeking academic assistance.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting a positive attitude towards learning and personal development.
- Address students' academic concerns and provide guidance on resources available both within and outside the hostel.
- **Residential Life**:

- Participate in hostel events and activities to promote community engagement and student well-being.
- Be available to students outside of tutoring hours for informal support and guidance.
- Collaborate with hostel staff to address any issues related to student academic performance or well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic support roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Residence within the hostel premises during specified hours may be required.

Pay: ₹15,784.80 - ₹25,655.16 per month
