**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging lesson plans and educational content in line with CBSE curriculum standards for the Grades 8th, 9th & 10th.
- Assess and address individual student needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking through interactive teaching methods.
- Provide additional support to students as needed and challenge advanced learners.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of Physics to enhance lesson planning.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, parents, and department heads.
- Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching skills.
- Supervise laboratory sessions and organize educational field trips for practical learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics/ Maths/ Chemistry/ Biology and B.Ed in related field.
- Completion of a teaching apprenticeship is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing various teaching platforms and tools for conducting classes.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 1 year of total work experience. More years of teaching experience shall be an added advantage.
- Ability to relocate to Cochin before starting work.

**Required Skills**:Teaching, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, Class Management, Effective Communication, Subject Matter Expert, MS Office Basic Proficiency.

**Note: This position requires in-person work at the URBX Tuition Centre in Thrikkakkara, Cochin, Kerala.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
