We are looking for an extraordinary Producer who will be responsible for developing and producing multi-faceted content projects for our growing team of content creators. We are looking for a great maker, doer, & creative executioner who will lead in elevating the creative & strategic storytelling execution on all platforms.

**Producer Job Responsibilities**:

- Support and execute the creative concept.
- Develop and articulate production rationale and recommendations.
- A resource to the agency for developing production solutions and strategies.s.
- Coordinate and schedule productions.
- Organize and run pre-production meetings.
- Advise agency stakeholders in all content production-related matters with creative and budgetary solutions for improving quality.
- Be an expert on filmmaking, photography, image capture, digital platforms and formats.
- Supporting the creative team and their idea; representing, owning, championing and finding creative solutions to bring the idea to life in accordance with the brief for example being able to explain the production quote to a client in detail, justifying all costs at the are production meeting including types of insurance.
- Producing any concept work before the project is live. This may include Animatic; Mood Films; Sound Scapes.
- Manage multiple projects as needed.
- Be client facing as needed.
- Mentor junior producers
- Motivated to stay informed on current global culture, diversity, entertainment, music, sports, art, news, tech, and style trends

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate with experience as a Producer in the Production house for more than 5 years
- possess a strong creative content production background, including managing internal and external development and production partners.
- Previous broadcasting and video production experience is required
- Strong understanding of social media production executions & deliverables
- Produce large scale original content campaigns, including video and photography deliverables with a strong emphasis on innovation and design for the content space
- Knowledge of project breakdowns, budget, and scheduling, and an understanding of how to prep a project rolling into production

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.52 per month
