Sweeper

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sweeper to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. The Sweeper will be responsible for sweeping, dusting, and performing other cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and order are maintained in various facilities or outdoor spaces.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Sweep and clean floors, walkways, and other designated areas using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Collect and dispose of waste and debris in designated trash bins.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace or facility.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues, such as spills or broken equipment, to the supervisor.
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, ensuring it's in good working condition.
- Assist in general cleaning duties, such as wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, and dusting.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or facility manager.

*Qualifications:*
- No formal education required; prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

*Working Conditions:*
- May involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Regular lifting and manual labor are required.
- Work hours may vary, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on the facility's schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
