- Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow ups after counseling. Supporting the sales team for Seminar and Workshop.
- Train Tele caller how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit Branch.
- Take a report from a Tele caller everyday and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.

**Education and Work Experience Requirements**:

- Any graduate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience proven experience as counselor
- Most preferable Academic counselor
- Communication Skills
- Convincing skill
- Negotiation Skills
- Face-Value

**Additional Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate excellent problem-solving abilities Office management and effective time management skills Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service.
