As a internal QMS (ISO) Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards. Your primary role is to ensure that the organization consistently delivers high-quality products or services by establishing and maintaining effective quality control and improvement processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**1)** **QMS Implementation**: Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across the organization. Implement the goals and objects of the organization. Map the organization process. Develop and implement QMS documentation. This documentation should include procedures, instructions, and records for all QMS-related activities. Audit the QMS regularly. Concentrate on continuous improvement of the QMS. The QMS should be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure that it is meeting the organization's needs and that it is aligned with best practices. Focus on identifying and managing the risks that could impact the organization’s ability to meet its quality goals and objectives.

**2)** **Quality Assurance**:Monitor and assess product or service quality, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

**3)** **Documentation**:Create and maintain documentation related to the QMS, including quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.

**4)** **Audit and Compliance**:Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as coordinate external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

**5)** **Training**:Provide training and support to all employees to ensure their understanding and adherence to quality standards and processes.

**6)** **Continuous Improvement**:Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead quality improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce defects.

**7)** **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer requirements are met.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
