Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals.
- Provide tailored product presentations to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify potential clients (hospitals, medical practices, clinics, etc.) and generate new sales opportunities.
- Use various strategies including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
- Present products to key decision-makers and influencers (doctors, hospital administrators, purchasing managers).
- Customize presentations to address the unique needs of each customer.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contractual terms to close sales.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing customer support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues post-sale.
- Offer product education and training to ensure proper use and maximum value for customers.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Track and report progress toward meeting sales quotas and goals.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.
- Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**:
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including FDA guidelines and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Promote the company’s products and services with the highest level of integrity and transparency.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular sales training, team meetings, and workshops to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, medical terminology, and the healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel within [territory/region], as required.
