As a Medical Representative for Nippy Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our diabetes care products across India. You will be responsible for exploring the market, establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and securing orders from various medical institutions and pharmacies. We are seeking a hardworking, proactive individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**: Promote and sell diabetes care products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Market Exploration**: Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments for our products. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- **Order Management**: Manage the entire order process, from prospecting and lead generation to order placement and fulfillment. Ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to educate them about our products and services.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our diabetes care products.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance against targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in the diabetes care segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,401.57 - ₹34,642.03 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Medical sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
