Back Office Administrator

We are a Facility Management Company. We have 200+ employees on our sites. We require back office cum admin assistant who can assist in day to day work of back office, Job description are as below
1. Co-ordination from sites
2. Co-ordination with Vendors
3. Co-ordination with Clients
4. Assist to HR/Accounts/Operation team in their work
5. Provide data to client as per client requirement with co-ordination with our departments
6. Maintain & update inventory
7. Keep record of in & out data
8. Resolve employees & client query with co-ordination with other departments
1. Minimum 01 yrs in back office & admin work
4. Immediate Joiner only apply. We need immediate joining.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
