**Job Title: Telecalling Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our company's products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits and features.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with customers.
- Record details of customer interactions and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for call management and lead tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in [English & Tamil & If you Know Hindi Is More Prefer] is preferred.
