**Site Supervisor - Property Construction Site**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Site Supervisor**, preferably with a civil engineering background, to join our team at Archi Galaxy in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

**Project Oversight**: Monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of the construction site to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.

**Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the on-site construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and workers, to facilitate smooth project execution.

**Timely Completion**: Implement strategies to meet project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures to address them.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure construction work aligns with approved plans and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to industry best practices.

**Payments and Bills**: Handle financial aspects of the construction site, including verifying bills, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records

**Supplier and Vendor Coordination**: Maintain strong communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady and timely supply of materials, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

**Reporting**: Provide regular progress reports to the senior management

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any other field.**:

- Proven **experience as a Site Supervisor **or similar role in the construction industry.
- Daily on site accounting knowledge.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**: Archi Galaxy Site, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time.
- **Salary**: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
