We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust network of distributors and dealers to drive sales growth for our new product category within your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with distributors and dealers across banglore.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve volume and distribution targets for the new product category.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.

Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations to secure new partnerships.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing and developing a team of sales representatives.

Experience with distributor and dealer network management.

Knowledge of the FMCG sales landscape in the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
