**Education, Experience, Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s in Hotel management preferred.
- 2-3 years experience
- Supervisory experience.
**Duties and Responsibility**
1. Supervision of Kitchen Staff And Maintenance Of Hygiene Standards
2. Menu Planning: Assist in planning daily menus for mess.
3. Hygiene and Timeliness: Ensure meals are hygienic and served promptly.
4. Financial Monitoring: Monitor mess bills and report unusual hikes.
5. Records Maintenance: Ensure proper upkeep of account registers and stores.
6. Facility Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of mess facilities.
7. Attendance: Regularly check attendance of mess workers.
8. Supply Management: Ensure timely supply and quality of raw materials.
9. Conflict Resolution: Address student complaints and grievances.
10. Documentation: Maintain minutes of Mess Management Committee meetings and other meetings.
11. Training: Provide training to the hostel and mess workers when needed.
12. Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by the management.
13. Wastage Control: Minimize food wastage and spoilage.
14. Delegation Protocol: Delegate responsibilities to Mess In-charges before leaving.
15. Resource Conservation: Implement measures to conserve water and electricity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
