**Teaching Responsibilities**:
- Designing and developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids to facilitate effective learning.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to students to help them understand complex topics and improve their knowledge and skills.
- Conducting regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Offering personalized feedback and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
- **Content Development**:
- Creating high-quality study materials, including notes, presentations, and practice questions, to supplement classroom teaching and aid self-study.
- Researching and staying updated on relevant topics, current affairs, and changes in the UPSC examination pattern to ensure the accuracy and relevance of teaching materials.
- Adapting teaching strategies and content delivery methods to cater to the diverse learning needs and preferences of students.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:
- Providing individualized guidance and counseling to students regarding exam preparation strategies, time management, and stress management techniques.
- Motivating and inspiring students to stay focused, disciplined, and committed to their UPSC preparation journey.
- **Professional Development**:
- Engaging in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, seminars, and conferences related to UPSC exam preparation and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices, resources, and teaching experiences to enhance the overall effectiveness of the teaching team.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations in education technology and incorporating relevant tools and techniques into teaching practices.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assisting in the administration of the coaching center or educational institution, including maintaining attendance records, monitoring student progress, and coordinating with administrative staff.
- Participating in faculty meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and other academic discussions to contribute to the continuous improvement of the teaching program.
- Collaborating with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new students and maintain high enrollment levels.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
