- **Consultative Sales**: Understand clients’ needs and provide personalized consultation on suitable educational programs or immigration options.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information, track leads, and follow up on potential clients to convert them into sales.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends in overseas education and immigration policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and enhance overall client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, in the overseas education or immigration services industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer Orientation**: Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
