- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Typing up memos, meeting minutes, letters, reports, forms, and similar content from dictation
- Organizing catering, as requested
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Managing mail: Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching mail
- Managing calendars: Maintaining calendars for appointments

- Managing office inventory: Overseeing standard office equipment and supplies, and reporting any malfunctions
