**Position Description**:

- Ensuring high-performance and availability.
- Managing all technical aspects of the any CMS Tools/frameworks.
- Work closely with front-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, functional and intuitive implementation.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing sites.
- Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline with an Information Technology focus.
- 5+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development
- Back-end Drupal Developer Experience with front-end development and themes.
- Experience with creating and managing custom Drupal Modules.
- Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations in a LAMP environment
- Extensive HTML/CSS/React/AJAX/JavaScript (jQuery, Angular/Ember/Node.js) coding experience - e.g. ability to write Ajax calls and manipulate DOM using jQuery
- Good hands-on experience in JS frameworks like Backbone.js, JSON and MVC templating
- Understanding of industry trends and content management system (CMS) are essential.
- Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture.
- Experience in hosting web Apps in different SAAS/PAAS platforms.
- Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile / scrum with experience in design, development, and deployment
- Possess strong problem-solving attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas, designs, and issues.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and eagerness to adapt in a complex environment.
- Track record of ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes.

**Preferences**:

- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Experience with eCommerce processes and architecture
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
