CNC Machinist

**Operate CNC and VMC machines**: Efficiently operate CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components for plastic molds.
- **Set up machines**: Set up machines with appropriate tooling, fixtures, and programs to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- **Program machines**: Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software to generate precise tool paths.
- **Monitor machine operations**: Continuously monitor machine performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- **Inspect parts**: Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
- **Maintain machines**: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Follow safety protocols**: Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Document work**: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and quality inspection results.
- **Collaborate with team**: Work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to achieve production goals.
- **Continuous improvement**: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
