**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up and prepare multi boring drilling machines for operation according to specific job requirements, including selecting appropriate drill bits, adjusting machine settings, and securing workpieces.
- **Boring and Drilling**: Operate multi boring drilling machines to bore and drill precise holes in wood or composite materials, following technical drawings, blueprints, or job specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the drilling process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of bored holes, checking dimensions, depths, and alignments against specifications and quality standards.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Maintain and troubleshoot drilling tools, equipment, and machinery, performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and sharpening to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating drilling machinery, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety guidelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Productivity Optimization**: Optimize drilling processes and techniques to maximize productivity, minimize waste, and reduce downtime, implementing efficiency improvements and best practices as needed.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload workpieces onto drilling machines manually or using material handling equipment, ensuring proper positioning and alignment for accurate drilling.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet production deadlines.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including job orders, production logs, and quality inspection reports, documenting any deviations or problems encountered during the drilling process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in operating multi boring drilling machines and other woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and measurements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drilling precise holes according to specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for machine maintenance and repair.
- Understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in operating multi boring drilling machines or similar woodworking equipment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
