**Responsibilities and duties**

Ø Tele-calling.

Ø Responding to complaints from Doctors, patients and give support when requested.

Ø Develop & maintain a strong relationship with doctors, doctor’s compounder, Blood collectors and other Para Medical staff.

Ø Convince clients to use our services.

**Education & Experience**:
Communication Skills : English, Hindi, Bengali

Minimum 12+ pass and 1yr working experience in a similar field.

**Salary**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month (Negotiable)
