**Job Description** Primary Responsibilities and Activities**
- Responsible for successful delivery of Tier 2 operational support and consultation for areas of expertise
- Responsible for incident queue review and analysis of Tier 1 support tickets
- Adept at determining requirements by interviewing business users, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions
- Provide functional specification (MD50) to customize Oracle functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
- Perform functional tests to ensure configuration meets the Business requirements.
- Support all Oracle Applications patching, upgrades and maintenance activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues.
- Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support
- Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as and when required for business critical issues.
- Should be willing to work in Shifts

**Qualifications** Education**
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent related IT experience.

**Experience**
- Resource should have 2 to 5 years of Oracle EBS Functional experience.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Expertise in P2P (iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Purchasing, Payable's and Inventory)
- Knowledge in SQL queries.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Worked in EBS Production support (Incidents, Enhancements and Problem Tickets management) adhering to critical SLAs.
- Should have knowledge in Month end closure and SOX activities.
- Should have 3rd Party integration knowledge with Oracle.
- Should have knowledge of ITIL processes.
