Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Perform clerical duties such as transcribing, sorting, and filing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system
- Maintain organized and accurate records of documents
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a document specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with computerized document management systems is a bonus
