Tennis Coach

We are looking for a Full Time motivated tennis professional coach to be part of our tennis team. The position requires great people skills, motivation to learn, a tennis-playing background, tennis coaching background. This position is challenging yet one that the individual will be passionate about coming to work daily. Our tennis coach will report directly to the Technical Tennis Director and work as a valued member of the tennis staff.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Improving customer service experience, creating engaged athletes along with parents and facilitating organic growth
- Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to the chain of command to gain a strong resolution
- Setting a clear practice plan and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
- Working with the team to improve the tennis program standards to better affect the athletes and clients
- Maintaining and improving tennis and professional standards

We are looking for a motivated tennis coach to provide excellent coaching and customer service along with promoting ideas throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the tennis department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Tennis playing background
- Tennis coaching background
- Motivated
- Able to use Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
