**Position Overview**:A 3D Visualizer, also known as a 3D Artist or 3D Renderer, is a creative professional who specializes in transforming conceptual ideas and designs into visually stunning and realistic 3D representations. They utilize their artistic and technical skills to create digital visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts, products, architecture, or scenes for various industries, including architecture, interior design, product design, film, gaming, advertising, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**3D Modeling**: Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of objects, environments, characters, or structures based on provided design concepts, blueprints, or sketches.

**Lighting**: Set up lighting sources to illuminate 3D scenes, ensuring accurate shadows, reflections, and highlights to achieve photorealistic results.

**Rendering**: Utilize rendering software and tools to generate high-quality, visually appealing images or animations from 3D scenes, paying attention to composition, camera angles, and post-processing effects.

**Visualization Development**: Collaborate with designers, architects, or clients to understand project requirements, interpret design concepts, and translate them into compelling visualizations.

**Conceptualization**: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the visual impact of projects while staying aligned with the project's goals and requirements.

**Detail Enhancement**: Add intricate details, textures, and elements to scenes to create a sense of realism and immersion.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address potential design or technical challenges within the 3D visualization process, finding solutions that maintain the overall integrity of the project.

**Software and Tool Proficiency**: Stay up-to-date with industry-standard 3D software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, animators, and project managers, to ensure consistent and accurate representation of the project's vision.

**Quality Assurance**: Review and refine rendered images or animations, making adjustments to improve quality and alignment with project objectives.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage project timelines and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality in the work produced.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, 3D Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software.
- Strong artistic and design sensibilities, with an eye for detail and composition.
- Solid understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret 2D designs, blueprints, or sketches and transform them into 3D visualizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization projects and demonstrating technical and artistic capabilities.

**Additional Considerations**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) can be beneficial.
- Familiarity with VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) technologies may be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
