Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Resource

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, including project planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the team in the areas of SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for the implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
- Perform system and integration testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including handling user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver SAP FICO projects within agreed timelines and budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (X+ years) working with SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles, along with the ability to translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, master data setup, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage SAP FICO projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
