**About Office of International Affairs**:The Office of International Affairs (OIA) is dedicated to advancing its mission of fostering a more equitable and interconnected global community by promoting the principles of active Global Citizenship. Acting as a vital conduit between the University and various external stakeholders across national borders, the OIA strives to extend educational and employment avenues for every student at Medhavi and its affiliated centres. The OIA maintains healthy relationships with Indian central and state governments, Indian missions abroad and diplomatic entities in India to promote inward and outward student/manpower mobility. OIA promotes work-route migration by enabling the Overseas Manpower Mobility Ecosystem.

Overview of the Role:
We are looking for trainers and faculty with good academic background with prior experience to join us. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking classes in both offline and online mode, assisting with the development of course material, delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties.
- Minimum of 1 -4 years of experience in Training / industry after graduation.
- Combination of Academia and Industry Experience is preferable.
- **For any Graduate with TEFL / TESOL / TESL / CELTA / DELTA certificate will be an added advantage.**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Training the students for IELTS and OET to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service
- Delivering course curriculum in classroom, which includes ensuring student awareness of course objectives, approach and evaluation techniques and planning lectures pertaining to core aspects of discipline with industrial relevance.
- Developing e-learning content for the LMS incorporating technology into the learning process.
- Encouraging students to actively participate throughout the class, field activity and on job training/apprenticeships.
- Assisting in assessing the skill gaps among students and align interventions for upgradation from time to time.
- Facilitate, evaluate and monitor the students’ performance during field project, awareness programmes, and On Job Training at Industry.
- Supporting in establishing/designing labs / workshops and conducting lab sessions in consultation with prestigious Industry / Knowledge Partners, R&D centres.
- Participating in developmental role like brand promotion, resource mobilization, conducting seminars/ workshops, sports, extracurricular activities, assessing Library requirements, and organizing foundation course
- planning, and other outreach activities.
- **Key Competencies**:_
- Excellent communication in English.
- Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skill.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
