**Job Description** - Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer develops, maintains, and generates CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components. Reviews blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices

- Diploma / ITI (Mechanical, M/c tool maintenance

**Experience** 3-6 years

**Location** - Kolhapur, Gokul shirgaon

**Salary** - 16k to 20k

**Machine**:

- CMM Machine maintenance

**Schedule**:

- Day shift or Night shift

**Knowledge, skills & Abilities** - GD&T
- Aerospace QMS systems
- Quality System
- Ability to communicate technical and complex material to multiple audiences
- Aircraft industry requirements
- Basic calibration system and quality audit experience
- Computer analysis tools
- Computer analysis tools Innovative/creative thinking
- Continuous improvement and standard work methodologies are competencies

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare CMM programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies
- Performs first off, in-process & end-of-run report
- Performs ballooning of customer prints/drawings
- Performs layout of checking fixtures
- Performs any other layout according to the layout request, issues reports
- Reviews layout with responsible product and quality engineer
- Prepares data for the PPAP submission as requested
- Performs gauge studies, GR & R’s (attribute and variables)
- Monitor gauge control software, ensure gauges are calibrated/verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
- Participate and assist in problem solving & analysis
