As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top technical talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback discussions, and manage the entire interview process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.

**Qualification**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and programming languages.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
