**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.
- Provide personalized advice on skincare and beauty routines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace and follow strict hygiene protocols.
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and professional salon environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beautician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Relevant certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments, techniques, and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of skincare products and their appropriate usage.
- High attention to detail and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evenings.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
