Compost Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth process operations of Compost Plant.
- Assisting manager to Manage 500 TPD Compost Plant of “Compost Systems GMBH” an Austrian technology of Computerized Composting System on SCADA.
- Assisting manager to manage 600 TPD Bio-Mining plant operation.
- Production of Compost through open windrow Aerobic composting by controlled methods of Negative & Positive Aeration.
- Responsible for production process and production targets of Compost.
- Ensured proper turning of each Windrow with the help of Windrow Turner (Trac-Turn 3.7) for better mixing of waste and maintaining good internal windrow condition by addition of forced Aeration and Negative suction.
- Supervises production staff and coordinates workflow and assignments towards the achievement of operational goals.
- Maintained quality aspects of composting operation process.
- Ensures smooth operations of Leachate management.
- To improve the productivity through Identifying the losses and process improvements.
- Raise indents according to respective plans and requirements.
- Examining and processing bills of the contracts within the stipulated time.
- Providing timely data for preparation of MIS & other documentations.
- Maintaining safety & environmental compliance.
