**Job description**

**Responsibilities**

A Brand Communication will typically carry out the following responsibilities:
**Brand Management**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
- Brainstorm fresh ideas for client campaigns and socials
- Attend client events and industry conferences.
- Write case studies for the respective client
- Assist the manager in making a monthly plan for the client
- Planning and execution of the shoot
- Developing strategies for growth and reach of the client.

**Social Media Management**:

- Handle clients’ social media accounts such as their Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or LinkedIn pages.
- Deliver analytics reports on social media (reporting on traffic, engagement, and follower figures)

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their industry, and market trends.
- Analyse client needs and challenges to tailor pitches accordingly.
- Conduct competitive analysis to highlight the company's unique advantages.
- Position the company as a preferred choice through differentiation strategies.
- Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
- Research on client-related hashtags and keywords.

**Supervision**:

- Supervise and make sure work allocated to the creative team, SEO team, Web Development team, and production team regarding client work is completed on time.
- Influencer, Model and Celebrity Management: Coordination and supervision.

**Presentation Skills**:

- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and solutions offered by the company.
- Adapt presentation styles based on client preferences and industry norms.

**Pitch Development-**
- Client Pitching: create compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of products.
- Create and customise pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all pitch materials.

**Feedback Integration**:

- Gather feedback from client interactions and incorporate insights into refining future pitches.
- Communicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Gather client testimonials

**Follow-Up**:

- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

**Key Skills**
- Writing skills: You need to be articulate on spelling, grammar and proofreading, as well as have a creative flair for producing engaging copy.
- English language fluency: You need to have excellent written and spoken English.
- Presentation skills: From communicating ideas to your team to presenting stories to clients, you need to organise information succinctly and interestingly to capture their attention.
- Time-keeping: You will often be working to tight deadlines as well as meeting the demands and pressures of your team and clients, so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality.
- Resilience: You need to be ballsy enough to pick up the phone and resilient enough to handle criticism and rejection.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, media, and communications.
- 2+ years' of relevant work experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
