**Job Opportunity: Soil Technician**

**Position**: Soil Testing Technician

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in soil testing and analysis techniques.
- Background knowledge in agriculture, including crop cultivation, agronomy principles, and soil management practices.

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Areas of Expertise**:

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Languages**: English, Hindi, Punjabi

**Job Profile**:

- Conduct soil tests and analyses using advanced equipment and methodologies.
- Provide training at our soil testing center along with travelling to various location.
- Interpret test results to assess soil health, nutrient levels, pH balance, and other critical parameters.
- Provide insightful recommendations to farmers regarding crop selection, fertilization strategies, and pesticide usage based on soil analysis.
- Collaborate closely with agronomists and farmers to develop tailored farm management plans for improved productivity and environmental sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
