**BluSmart is seeking a highly motivated, versatile Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation (Standard operating procedures).**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clear, concise, approachable, and accessible content
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking
- An ability to convey complex or highly technical information into documentation for non-technical audiences
- Excellent content and time leadership skills, with the ability to meet tight and/or shifting timelines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to identify your own priorities and flexibility to adjust when needed

**Job Details-**
- Partner and establish relationships with team members from engineering, product ops, service and technical ops, frontline operators, hardware, software, fleet, and project management (among others) to create ops documentation to enable teams to function consistently and efficiently
- Identify and orchestrate process improvements for document/content creation
