**JOB PURPOSE**
- Lead SCM - Planning (Demand & Supply and Master Planning) for FF in Broda
- Manages demand and supply requirements for both domestic and affiliate requirements.
- Lead Customer order fulfillment ensuring all its elements are efficiently managed & communicated to all stake holders.
- Collaborate cross function to set up processes & modify existing ones to meet Planning deliverables with high quality & efficiently improving customer fulfillment.
- Coach & mentor team to get the best out of them, leveraging their strength & help improve / add required skill sets.
- Implement inventory strategy with the lowest impact on working capital and maximizing production efficiency
- Track, monitor & provide visibility on SCM Planning KPI’s (e.g. MEF, DT1P, inventory days, planning accuracy, etc.) & execute mitigation for defects, collaborating cross functionally, improving performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop regional S&OP Demand and Supply Plan that feeds into the Global S&OP and translate into a production/replenishment plan by defining bottlenecks and proposing solutions in order to realize and secure an uninterrupted customer order process.
- Analyze product family actual stock and planned stock levels for the proceeding 4-18 months based on the demand plan, agreed service levels and production plan, to ensure fulfillment.
- Work with commercial teams to develop accurate forecasts for demand & Provide clear guidance to optimize midterm planning based on an agreed constrained demand and supply plan.
- Implement robust replenishment process for RM, FG, ROH by leading / engaging in key initiatives / processes at required frequency to ensure no stock outs.
- Publish order management guidelines & work cross functionally to ensure compliance to smoothen the process & improve fulfillment.
- Develop work plan for planning & SOPs / SWI for critical processes, aligning cross functionally where needed to provide required visibility to stakeholders, improving fulfillment.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 8-10 years related working experience
- At least 5 years SCM operations experience in Planning.
- Previous expertise in SAP Demand & Master Planning, preferably in industrial business
- Experience in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.

**JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS**
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools to solve business problems.
- Proven expertise in SAP planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability in Inventory Management, Production Block Planning, Order management & other key Planning activities.
