We are looking to hire an enthusiastic office executive to join our growing team. As an office executive, you will be performing duties that can vary between the front and back office; and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, handling processing, market research, handling brand positions online, documentation, and administrative duties.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing market research
2. Gathering & processing research data
3. Performing basic admin duties including printing & ordering office supplies
5. Assisting with sales through tele-calling and scheduling new meetings
6. Managing lead generation & online brand activities
7. Processing company receipts, quotations, invoices, and bills
8. Assisting & supporting management processes

Who can apply:
1. Business administration or similar field knowledge & experience
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Knowledge of computer operating systems, Google Workspace & MS Office software
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. High-level written & verbal communication skills
7. Familiarity with market research & lead-generation techniques
