As a Spoken English Trainer, your job role would involve teaching and facilitating the development of spoken English skills in learners. Here are some key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and learning resources for teaching spoken English. Create engaging and interactive activities to improve speaking, listening, pronunciation, and vocabulary skills.

2. Classroom Instruction: Deliver effective and engaging lessons to learners, focusing on practical speaking skills, conversation practice, and fluency development. Use a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and instructional materials to cater to diverse learner needs.

3. Language Assessment: Assess learners' spoken English proficiency levels through various methods such as oral interviews, tests, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on assessment results.

4. Individualized Instruction: Identify the unique needs and goals of learners and provide personalized instruction and support to address their specific areas of improvement. Offer guidance on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication strategies.

8. Cultural Awareness: Integrate cultural aspects into language instruction to enhance learners' understanding of English-speaking cultures, customs, and social norms. Foster cultural sensitivity and promote effective cross-cultural communication.

9. Progress Monitoring: Track learners' progress and maintain records of their performance. Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate their spoken English proficiency and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
