1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

2. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

3. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.

4. Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.

5. Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & any other Products.

6. Effective control & minimize the damages.

7. Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.

8. Strict implementation of Statutory & SOP

**1. **Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.**

a) Responsible to Identify and forecast the Sales & Marketing status of Competitors and their activities in area of Operations. and provide the information to your reporting authority.

b) Responsible to identify the gaps in the Marketing Strategy and fulfilling the gaps.

c) Responsible to forecast competitor’s activities and ensure to achieve the budgeted sales targets in the line with business requirement as per the schedule without any deviation.

**2. **Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.**

a) Responsible to identify appointment of new agents & distributors in the respective area of operation and ensure the expansion of distribution networks as per the business plan.

b) Responsible to avail channels for publicity about the products and develop promotional activities to maximize the business targets.

c) Distribution network to be developed in depth and width. New Areas/ New Markets need to be explored

**3. **Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.**

a) Responsible to Coordinate with the concern logistics team and organize distribution vehicles on time.

b) Responsible for distribution of required quantity of Feed & Feed Supplements in safe hygiene conditions within the schedule time without any delay.

c) Responsible to reconcile the realizations as per TOT.

**4. **Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.**

a) Responsible to monitor the Area of operational/administrative cost on regular basis and ensure the cost is within the budget.

b) Responsible for optimum utilization of resources and Manage the Funds in coordination of Finance Team.

c) Responsible for cost control in general and sales & distribution cost in particular.

**5. ** **Timely distribution of Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements.**

a) Responsible to monitor and have control on timely supplies of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements and any other products as per the market requirement.

**6. **Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages**

a) Responsible for effective control over the leakages & damages from time to time to avoid transit losses of Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements.

b) Responsible to take necessary measures to minimize the leakages & damages.

**7. **Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints**

a) Responsible for addressing the agent’s problems & customer complaints on time in proper manner without any delay.

b) Responsible to monitor the number of complaints received and addressed in the prescribed format submit the same to your reporting authority.

**8. **Statutory and ISO Compliance.**

a) Responsible to maintain & regular update the record as per the Statutory, Sales SOP guidelines and submit reports to the reporting authority from time to time.
