**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design a wide range of creative materials, including print and digital graphics, logos, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and execute creative campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design materials
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and software updates to continually improve design quality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on visual design and layout
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
