- Basic understanding of Operating system, Networking, Server.
- Experience in troubleshooting customer's computer for issues reported.
- Problem solving skill and exposure on the same.
- Basic ITIL knowledge on Incident and request.
- 2-4 Years of experience in call taking and technical troubleshooting.(BPO, Technical support, US, UK calling experience.

**Your Tasks**:

- Handle Incoming inquiries on phone and ticketing system.
- Provide Remote Support / Desk side support.
- Maintain / Resolve tickets within provided SLA.
- Software installation and maintenance.
- Work on High priority tickets and make sure to maintain SLA as well as update customers on the progress.
- Identity and Access Management.
- Troubleshoot to identify issues and escalate to respective department.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Flexible to work from office / home as well as rotational shift timings
- Adapt to current standards and improve along as it progress.
- List/Understand customer's need/ requirement and address it in given timeline.
