Finishing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the finishing department to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Plan and organize workflow to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
- Monitor the quality of finished products and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Train, mentor, and motivate finishing department staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies required for finishing operations and coordinate with procurement as needed.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field from a recognized institution.**:

- **5 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within the têxtile industry, preferably in finishing operations.**:

- **Strong knowledge of têxtile finishing processes, techniques, and equipment.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
