Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services.
- Identifies current and future customer sales requirements by establishing personal rappo with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand sales requirements.
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies of materials.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Acquisition of new Customers directly and along with the tele salesperson for achieving revenue targets as per business plans.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly meeting with Customers on Sales enquiry and monthly reporting.
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with Internal Sales team to address customer issues as raised by customer.
- Gathering customer information’s and updating customer details: corporate structure, organization, demand, sales reports, potential, decision makers etc. in an CRM System.
- Identify all requirements of the customers such as technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Requirements and personnel Qualifications:

- Engineering graduate having with experience of 1 to 3 years.
- Ability to explain technical products and organize technical support.
- Market knowledge in the Electronics market: knowledge about products, customers, and manufacturers/ dealers.
- Should have background dealing Industrial Electronics Components/Electrical Components/Connectors etc.
- Should be exposed to Direct Sales with a successful track record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Excellent presentation skills, strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs used for day-to-day professional communication.
- Language skills: Fluent business communication (English) and local language.
- Job Location: Noida.
