- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or healthcare administration.
