Job Summary: The Sales CRE will be responsible for supporting the sales team and managing customer relationships through the use of Sales CRM software. The role will involve collaborating with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize the sales process and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage Sales CRM software platform to support the sales process and manage customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to optimize the sales process and drive revenue growth
- Use data analytics to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights and recommendations
- Manage lead generation, pipeline management, and customer segmentation
- Provide exceptional customer support and build strong customer relationships
- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Manage complex projects, such as integrating Sales CRM with other business systems
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, new software platforms, and emerging best practices in agriculture, sales, and marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree ( Agriculture or related fields will be preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
