**Job Description**:
As a Campaign Runner/Ads Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve client objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and target audience.
