**Job Title: Front Desk Executive**

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and guests. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all interactions reflect our company's values of professionalism and hospitality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Greeting and Assisting Visitors**: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and visitors as they arrive at the office. Provide directions, answer inquiries, and offer assistance as needed.
- **Managing Incoming Calls**: Handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual and take messages accurately when necessary.
- **Scheduling and Appointment Management**: Coordinate appointments and meetings for executives and staff members. Maintain organized schedules and ensure timely reminders for upcoming appointments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- **Client Relations**: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Handling Correspondence**: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services as required.
- **Maintaining Records**: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant documentation. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
