**About the role**:
**Your Impact as **IP Attorney India**

**I.**Purpose of the Job**:
**II. ROLE DESCRIPTION**:

- Analyses strengths and weaknesses of third-party patents (relevant for a dedicated internal client) in an independent way.
- Recommends implementation of non-disclosure agreements and on IP agreements in an independent way.
- Supports litigation cases and coordinates the different internal and external parties involved: internal client (business), legal counsels, external patent experts, lawyers, etc. and participates in less complex due diligence projects.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Has obtained a National Certification as Patent Attorney/technical qualification or has acquired equivalent experience (= minimum 8 to 10 years experience)
- Is familiar with patent filing requirements and prosecution in major international jurisdictions like Europe, US, China.
- Has developed expert knowledge and knows to advise and convince on Industrial Property matters.
- Being a strong communicator in English, also in writing.
